Alex, another thing to keep in mind is not to require too much education. If you are going to require someone to get 6-8 years of education to be a paramedic, where is the incentive? With just as much time put in, you can become a PA and make a lot more money. For a few more years you can go to medical school and make a lot more money.1 point
