I still remember a story of a European child, just after the end of WW2, on being told he had a 101 (f) degree fever by a US Army Doctor, asking if he was going to die. Child had been raised using the Celsius scale.
We actually have these. We do fire rehab. We are also a volunteer service, but my director felt it was an important piece of equipment. Believe it or not, I have used it quite a bit.
