You get a note saying that your flight medic is actually some homeless guy in a costume that Ty hired from a shanty under the freeway.
Puts a quarter it.
These kits cost like $250 bucks.. This guy want $899.00 for it.. If it were brown, and full of rubber worms, it'd be going for $20.

Puts in a quarter...
"Pushes R-1-6. Nothing Happens, Punches Machine, Breaks Index Finger, Starts Crying, Realizes He Didn't Press Enter, Pushes It, Takes his Hershey Bar"
Puts in a quarter for the next person b/c he's nice like that.
No better place to get MASH style trauma experience. I'd love to go, but by now, they'll be needing more morgue detail and wound specialists. B/c by God, it's going to get real nasty. Tropical climates and open wounds, they have my respect for going there.
You're reading something that's not written. I said not one fucking thing racist; nothing about color, or abilities. Also, it doesn't say bilingual, it says an EMT that does not speak English. Yes, it would be helpful to have bilingual EMS personnel, with the influx of Mexican's with the gas drilling across Pennsylvania. How would you deploy an employee that doesn't speak one bit of English? You'd need to put a translator with them.
An Iron Duck Breathsaver holds all the Assessment, O2 and Airway supplies; and a Moore Trauma Bag has all the first aid supplies. ALS wise, the oxygen and various delivery devices are in a small tank bag. The Airway and Drugs supplies are in one bag; then another bag has larger bags of trauma fluids and various first aid supplies.
The ALS Trauma bag also serves as the Peds ALS bag.. Just b/c it's fricken huge.
There was no patient here. One shouldn't be related to the other. If any person got out of their vehicle, and harassed the cop.. They'd probably be arrest. There is no abuse of a power that only exists with assumption. But I'd still be interested to see if there is a dash cam.
I love being a volunteer, but the politics involved are just so goddamn frustrating. I'm starting to wonder if it's even worth it anymore. See if you can observe in an emergency room.
