You lost me on this one. Not sure what you are saying. I'm all for some good bashing in general. In fact I can handle a good bashing as you should know as the OP of the official Bash Spenac thread. This one has gone to direct attacks by OP and against OP. There is no intellectual interchange, there is no benefit here. Are we talking about the same subject? Am I rambling? Did I kind of address what you were saying?

EKG normal sinus No sores, bumps, or breaks visible. He says he has bad circulation in his hands so can not tell if one is warmer or not. Anything else before we get to hospital? Anybody want to palpate it?

I sure would like to see this one locked. To many personal attacks and nothing productive coming from them. I hate that at times we forget we are an online community and forget how we would treat each other if we were in person. This was supposed to be a fun topic but OP and several others have made it anything but fun. Everyone involved needs to step back cool down and learn from mistakes and move forward. We need the input, the different points of view, but we also need to BS attacks to stop.

I was to embarrassed to whip out my privates and just figured it would get better so I did not go to Doc. And I decided since everyone else gets to ride in ambulance I might as well to.

Patients job requires heavy lifting sometimes. Denys any sexual partners besides his wife during 10 years of marriage. No discharge, burning, itching, etc. Denys getting hit/kicked in the balls. Basically same color as other one. No cardiac hx self or family. 140/80, 88R, resp 16R, 98%ra.

Patient states has not had any injuries or surgery. Has been getting bigger for about a month. It was initially just a little tender but now it it hurts. He says hard to find a position of comfort. First noticed it one evening after a hard days work. "You want to see it?" Finally he agrees and you see left nut about golf ball size, right nut about large lemon size. ( sorry not good at describing )

Sorry I missed the point of it. Thank you for your input. I definitely agree every service should be paid. So many possible ways to fund a service, even one with very few runs.
