  4. Check with your state EMS agency.
  5. You watching porn again?
  6. For quality online EMS education I strongly suggest www.techproservices.net
  7. Just checking. No never dealt with them.
  8. Well darn you. The only thing about an O2 wrench is nobody I work with carries their own. I know based on discussions and arguments apparently some areas require it. Just not sure how big your market really is. The only reason I own an O2 wrench (sorry not yours have had it for years ) is I own oxygen cylinders. I do not carry one. At my services tanks each have one attached plus another wrench in bag. I hope I am not discouraging you. If I had need to buy I would definitely consider yours. My business advise would be to expand your line to other products. When people order other items they need they might say hey I should try out one of his wrenchs. I have owned multiple businesses and know it is tuff to survive. I am actually looking at building a new part time business, but will start very slow and on the cheap( not cheap quality just cheap as to start up ). Again hope you the best.
  9. Have not had any dealings with them.
  10. Hope the beers good.
  11. Somebody needs tased.
  12. PASG sucks. There go to IRAQ. BYE BYE
  13. That is why 10 codes were to go away. To many variations. Lets all speak in clear simple english so we all get the message. If your service still uses 10 codes tell the boss they are in violation of rules passed after 9/11 and I say they suck if they don't change.
  14. People like that are what really ruin this as a profession to be proud of.

  16. I don't think weekly or monthly rotations are needed. But every 2 years we should all try what the others do to keep ourselves humble and appreciative. Doctors especially should have to go start foleys, clean bed pans, change diapers, actually start an IV, etc. They think they are so much better than nurses and medics.
  17. Every one knows I accept bribes. 8) Not suggesting that you close down. Just saying it's better to maintain quality than cave in and just make the same crap everybody else does. Have you priced out having another company mill your tools for you? Or is it where you would have to buy such a huge quanity to get costs down some that you would have trouble ever selling them all? I do hope you the best.
  18. Young people should be banned from the forums. You whacker.
  19. Are you saying we become uber polite like those darn Canadians? EMS as a profession in the USA, what a novel idea. I wonder why no one has thought of that. Really while I initially did not think requiring EMS degrees was a good thing, more and more I see it leading to us being looked at as Professionals and getting paid like we are professionals.
  20. Since I did not receive a free gift no more answers from me. Ok to answer your question yes sometimes I do buy products on my own because I have a preference to it. The service I work for provides those things we listen to peoples air and blood movers with. I don't like the ones provided so I have bought ones I do like. Plus I don't like to trade ear wax. :pukeright: Now most items I just learn to use what is provided. I do feel as a former business owner it is better to close my business rather than cut quality.
  21. Your right. I should have said I am in charge until I turn care over. I have kicked doctors out of my ambulance when I felt they were causing more harm by being in the way. Don't take it wrong though, I am happy to get someone with more education or better protocols on board to improve patient care. But I am in charge till patient until I hand them off to the higher level.

Some people have way to much time on their hands. You don't see me wasting all day on games and forums. OOPs sorry I do resemble that remark.
  23. If all medics were required higher education, pay would be higher. The reason pay is same now, educated or not, is education is not required so the services will pay the lowest rate they can to fill the slot. Back to OP I am the highest level of care on scene until I turn care over to heli crew.
  24. Septic. Now what?
