    Had a problem with fentanyl Laced Heroin in Southeastern Michigan, People injecting this had a very low resp. if discovered in time. Anyone encounter this problem before-how well did Pt respond to narcan and how many minutes did it take to improve Pts resp.? Sorry about spelling and grammer. ?

    I have been in the same boat, I was with the partner from hell several months. First know your stuff, study, study, study. Then every time he says something to you, just agree-do what it takes to get through probation. I have worked over the years with lots of know it alls. Sooner or later he will make a mistake-then he will be the one at the receiving end of criticism.
