Hello . I'm an Australian paramedic student and I am looking for some information for an assignment if anyone can help. Firstly, what pain analgesia is available in the USA for EMT's and paramedics, and what level do you have to be to administer? Also does anyone have any information on 'Rapid Induced Cerebral Hypothermia (RICH) after resuscitation for cardiac arrest? Thanks, any input, links, or info would be much appreciated.
