I'm taking Medical Transcription right now so I can save up for a couple years and go to SAIT/JIBC and get into the EMS. I'm 6'0", pretty calm in stressful situations, emotionally strong, and can look at blood and insides without freaking out or whatever. It's my dream to be an EMT and maybe even work towards being a Paramedic too.

I'm pretty well educated in medicine and pathophysiology after taking Biology 12 (equivalent to a pre-med course), medical transcription, and studying canine physiology and etiology for a long while. I used to want really bad to be a Vet tech, but I'd rather be a Paramedic tech and help people out. Animals are cool but people are more important, and better.
