For my 2 cents worth: Get rid of the Triage Tag or get more, 1 just isn't enough. Get rid of the sharps box, it is just taking up space as well as the eye pads. I would add the BVM for sure, as well as the C-Collar, but I wouldn't put the OB kit in. Nothing wrong with having some BLS supplies.

I would definitely call National Registry first and foremost. Sounds to me like they have not received your pyschomotor skills test results yet. Verify it with NREMT then if that is the case contact the folks that gave you the pyschomotor test and ask about when they will have the results submitted to NREMT. -
Don't assume the doctor will read your PCR. If you have a serious concern like this about a patient be sure to speak with the doctor directly as well as the nursing staff.
