CHECK that i am not giving up hope , I wanna start my career asap i will sign up to any program there is around the DC metro area even a short metro or bus ride i just need to make this happen. I know you guys gave sources but there was not a specific sign up page for it ? I am hoping to make the move out there as i am very determined to make it happen i just need step 1 which is getting into a program that would start in april or late march it does not matter how long the course is i just need to sign up and take the class. thanks

What is UDC ? and i mean a fast program that would take a month or 2 to be certified. all the other ones are about a year long ? i hope to be back in SF in about a year. A similar program to www.sfparamedics.com but in washington d.c NW area

Sorry I could not respond to any posts for a couple of days. Again I appreciate all the comments and help from a forum like this. The exact place where I will be staying at is by The university of Columbia. I am leaving on March 20 of next month to hopefully be enrolled in an accelerated emt program , I am however interested in going to GW university but I am not sure if they accept students just for the program. Would there be any other places in the area to enroll ? Thank you

I am also planning on coming back home to SF after a year will the EMT licensing be any different from DC to SF ? thank you guys for all the help this is a big move for me I am leaving a lot of things here in the bay area and i appreciate all the help i can get. pardon my grammar i just want to type and get it out there as fast as possible

I am from San francisco and just want to expand to the east with my girlfriend which just moved to the Washington d.c area, the place that I would be living in would be on the northern side of town. Would there be any online links that I could take a look at for emt training ? Whenever I try to search online I got nothing but GW university

Is there any emt classes in the Washington dc area a private program that would only take a couple months.. Thanks looking to move out there to start my career

Hello this is my first post and I'm an aspiring ems student who needs step 1. Looking to move to washington dc in about April would there be any private programs to be an emt thanks.
