Maybe the employer is looking into getting them for everyone and he volunteered to find out what is available? Maybe he just wants one? I have seen many different services where some of the staff wear collar pins, some don't.
That comment was meant in response to her saying she doesn't step on toes and sits back while things happen that she doesn't agree with. At no point did I say it was alright to belittle people and bring them down. I could also say the same thing about you in regards to my last comment. You constantly bring people down and bash them. You want to lecture me about maturity? You should step back and look at yourself once in awhile. I am done with this conversation, your ego is too much.
Oh, so you can ridicule people, bash them, put them down, make them feel stupid, mock peoples religions, so on and so forth.. but that's alright if you "back it up"? Nothing makes it right for you to treat some people like you do.
I have nothing to man up to. If you are such the bigshot you portray yourself to be, you have a lot of manning up to do yourself. I can make a list of all the cheap shots and personal attacks you have made on people, professions, and religions. You have no place to talk about on that matter.
I had attacked no one. Get over yourself, grow a backbone and learn how to take a joke. Instead you act like you are hot shit and bash everyone down.
Now, that was a personal attack. Piss off
You are a moderator on a public forum with 1000s of members. You are asking an underage girl if she is hot. Chris Hanson will be knocking on your door.
internet phones are awesome, tether that biatch to the wifi on your laptop and it's the cats ass! Or you can be a dork like me and have a touch screen netbook with a built-in GPS with m$ maps....
also, you should be mindful of using google for that. Sometimes if the persons number isn't listed, it will give you the address of the cell provider
You spelled beginning wrong. You also used the incorrect grammar for "your", since that shows possession. I think you meant to use you're, as in you are. Just saying
awesome! the pill app cost is a monthly subscription for my treo also on the website it costs money
I could do a trial run of it, but it is only for 10 days or something. If anyone knows of another program, please let me know.
also, medical wizards makes some really great software for phones/pdas. But they are payware
That is primarily due to each state having their own separate protocols and scopes of practice. They all have different medical directions within those states that pick and chose what medications they want to be used by pre-hospital personnel.
The only meds that I am aware of that are constant nation wide, are the ACLS meds. Although I cannot find any definite answers on what medications that are asked on the exam, it would be my guess that there aren't any or they would be ones stated in the ACLS. When I took the exam, I was asked about atropine a few times. I have asked others who have taken the exam and most cannot recall any specific questions on medications.
Stepping on toes is sometimes the nature of the beast in this profession. Stick up for yourself and what you believe in. If someone is doing something wrong or you don't agree with, you are just as liable as they are for not stepping in.
