i did up and down 3 steps 5x's then walk ten paces put it down and pick it up walk 10 paces put it down, yeah that 5x's times, then pick up walk backwards put down 5 x's, and started it all off with a treadmill walk at 2 speeds for two minutes, my thighs burned and calfs ached but i got through it just fine. did realize i need to get back into shape asap! paramidget

well i see it this way, if a woman wants to work, and the paycheck is not truely necessary then fine. as long as all bases are covered (i.e. kids and schedules there of) hey fine. cabin fever sucks. besides extra money can go to extra fun in the sun or put yourself a little bit ahead on something, thereby you can breathe a little easier and less stress and live a little more. this though is not the economy of like 1960 - 1970's where one income did it, i tried to explain this to someone and got a deaf ear till a year or two ago when it was said " gee guess you were right". my point it if she wants to work hey all beit, it helps. but this aint the 1950's where the phrase of being barefoot and stuck in the kitchen applies. things have changed an so must peoples attitudes.

apparently physio shuts down for 8-10 months then production starts for another year or so, lp 15 comming out. rumor has it for oct/nov.???????

one of my superiors is a pa state constable and has been one for a few years. is now a swat member and a medic, he was a medic first. he is also one of the people thats deployed in louisiana, on the strike team. he does a few other side job items but, it is true first be the medic know what ya gotta do do what ya know, then if ya want try to be ther swat medic try you may not make it and then again it may not be your "bag", if you do make it. think it out weight the pros and cons, first talk with people and then see what ya wanna do. my .02 cents
