You know what I love about this quote, is the line, "One merely has the wish to soothe"...Because in my experience, that is truly all that it takes. If you wish to soothe, you don't have to be educated, experienced, or even be a little bit good at it...it's as if a little bit of your time combined with the honest wish have the power to get it done...
