    Hi, I work in the UK as a Police Officer/Paramedic and am looking at traveling out to the States to undertake some training to see if it reflects what we are doing in the UK. Can anyone recommend a suitable training provider. regards Matt

    TEMS is a relatively new concept in the UK. In the area in which I work it is policy not to allow EMS workers into areas of danger. As a result police officers are trained as Paramedics and are armed for there own protection.
