This site has evolved and though it says I'm a newbie, that's only because for the last 13 years I've been too busy working as a PCP to talk about being a PCP. My only advice now, for those coming in... Don't. Just don't. Statistically the job will do more harm to your life, your relationships, your health then any good that comes out of it. Unless you have an exit strategy in which case you may make it out unscathed.
