The city of Houston has invested $200,000 from a Homeland Security Grant to make a Public Service Announcement instructional of what to when caught up in a Active Shooter Event. It kind of reminds me of the cold war Nuclear Bomb threat PSA films. The video is a great idea. When are they going to make one for the Zombie Apocalypse?
