CEM=Certified Emergency Manager (he took a course run by the International Association of Emergency Managers, obviously a self promoting course run by IAEM)

CBCP=Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (doubt it, but it is the best I could find)

MEP=Museum Emergency Programme (run by the International Counsil of Museums) Someone mentioned Medical Emergency Physician, I'm a bit offended, but I'll let it slide this time. :wink:

That's not true, it wasn't JUST a fact stated. That's a cop out answer and playing games. There's more than just the words spoken.

I think I'll go tell a coworker she has a great set of tatas and I'd love to see them. When asked to explain myself, I'll just say I was stating a fact on the person's physical traits.
