Christmas Fairy...

A fairy one Christmas was so excited and wanted to do something to contribute to the Christmas spirit. She went to see Santa and said "Please, Santa, I am sooooooooooo excited about Christmas and ssssooooooooooo want to contribute to the Christmas spirit, please, please, please, please, please, please, can I do something to help? Please, please, please, please, PLEASE?????

So Santa thinks about this then says. "I know!"

"What, what, what what?" Asks the fairy excitedly.

"I want you to go round the world and put a Christmas tree in ALL the houses in ALL the world and you must not leave one out, ok?" Said Santa.

"Ok", said the excited fairy. "Oh thankyou, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou Santa" said the excited fairy and was off.

Being the consciencious fairy that she was, she went round the world not just once, but twice and counted all the houses in all the world, not leaving one out. Then she went to the forest and cut down the exact number of Christmas trees she required, which she duly counted over and over again to make sure she'd got the right amount

Finally, Christmas Eve arrives and she starts on her journey, it's very tiring, but being the good little fairy that she is, she really doesn't mind. She goes around the world and delivers a Christmas tree to all the houses in all the world.

When she's finished, she notices that she's got one Christmas tree left over. She can't understand this as she went all around the world, not once, but twice, counting all the houses in all the world, then she went and cut down the exact number of Christmas trees which she required, but still there was one Christmas tree left over.

This puzzled her greatly and decided to go and see Santa about it.

When she got to Santas' grotto, she said: "Santa, I've got a bit of a problem"

"Well, whatever could it be?" asked our weary Santa.

"Well, you know you told me to put a Christmas tree in all the houses in all the world, not leaving any out?"

"Yes", sighed Santa.

"Well, I went around the world and I counted all the houses in all the world, not just once, but twice, then I went to the forest and cut down the exact amount of Christmas trees and counted them, not just once, but twice. Then, I went round ALL the houses in ALL the world and delivered a Christmas tree to every one of then, not leaving any house out".

"Oh do get on with it", huffed a bedraggled Santa.

"Well, I went around again and I find I've got one Christmas tree left over, what shall I do with it???"

And that, dear readers, is why you always get a fairy on the top of a Christmas tree!

I had to read the end a few times before i got it. lol. And for some reason i was under the impression for the first few lines that the fairy was gay :-k
