Can you effectively bag a pt in a semi-fowlers position?

Oh I was a member of the page back then lol.  We bag people sitting up all the time, especially the exacerbations that we are prepping to intubate, RT will bag them in fowlers while we're drawing up the RSI meds.

yep..no reason not too, there. Intubating sitting up, or semi fowler's makes things a little easier too.

There is no reason it can't be done.  If you can get a good seal supine, you can get a good seal sitting upright.  I've done it a few times.
