nypamedic43 Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 ASPN= Associated Symptoms Pertinent Negatives....you go Chris
mrmeaner Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 I guess it was brain fade. I could remember clear as a crystal that the skill sheets mentioned checking distal PMS, and checking for DCAP-BTLS during trauma...But just went and checked, and you're right. Nada. My apologies for the poor advice. Wait! You don't suppose this means I wasn't actually a famous gigolo do you? Dwayne Don't know, anyone ever call you "Hedgehog"?
Michael Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 No one's mentioned "I DREAM"... Silly me. I guess that's because everyone knows it. Sorry to belabor the obvious.
Michael Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 I DREAM - Indicates a differential criterion in clinical practice where Glasgow's +5 for "oriented and converses" is negated by - 6 for "obeys" (i.e., the subject's radical disobedience marginally overcomes his oriented conversation). Field Presentation - Variations of "Minus 1 for disappointing my idealism." Acronym origin - Dustdevil]I don't recall any mnemonics
