Does your ALS transport?

Better ALS transport than BLS. Sadly to often we only have one Paramedic per ambulance. Perfect world would have at least 2.

we have als and bls cars, and even emr cars on occasion. als cars usually medic and emt. all cars transport. als cars dispersed here n there through area, back up bls as needed, and also respond to their own areas.

hmmm, and most of our local ff only have first aid. a few have their emr, and even fewer their emt.

ALL RN's, All ALS, all of the time.....and all of them transport.

Just to make sure you understand Freaknuggetz_chick when I say responds vehicle I mean VW Golf/JETTA GTI /FSI, Toyaota Corolla QUICK AND FAST and can not transport pt, so I drive from call to call if need be. :wink:

1 ALS per response vehicle or Intermediate life support, Ambulances (2 ems members) usaully BLS same times ILS.
