maybe she just had to get that poo out of her and it took 2 years to do it.

I read somewhere that she had a bad childhood and her mother died when she was younger, maybe she didn't have any family around to miss her.

What I would like to know is how the boyfriend went 2 years without sex. What kind of man would tolerate that? Wait...maybe he didn't go without....
