It is truly amazing to me that a person asks a simple question and gets bashed. I read through these posts and see this allot. Is that all you guys have to do? This site is supposed to be for resources and to educate, but obviously all anyone wants to do is make fun and bash people when they ask questions. Maybe each one of you that do this need to step back and take a look at yourself. Where any of you in the same spot previously that the ones you are bashing are right now? Where you ever a newbie? Did or have you ever asked a question that you wanted a answer to and someone gave you shit about asking the question?

I would hope that the administrator would do something about the negative comments that occur when someone asks a question on this site. Just remember guys, turn about is fair play and one day you will get yours!!!

Well, this is under "Funny Stuff" so nothing should be taken too seriously. Besides, I think some of these are telling on themselves from way back when, along with what we've seen over the years.

I truely do agree with who ever wrote what James_ffemt is qouting. People ask a perfectly simple question and end up getting bashed.

Sorry it took me so long to reply as I do not have the time that dustdevil does to spend half my life on the computer... Now who is the whacker?

The lights or lighbar I was referring to is explained as goes. Trying to find replacement lenses for a lot of whellen older style lights is actually difficult sometimes and I had a buddy actually refer me to the elightbar forum which was why I was on that sight. I haven't taken a picture yet of the install but I ordered an LED light bar to replace the old style on our brush buggy. VERY pleased with it as well.

It's sad how much potential that sites such as this have to help everyone learn or communicate if it wasn't for people who choose to bash those who are actually brave enough to ask a question or ask for help.

Well, dpemsia, and James_ffemt you should both lighten up a touch, what you call bashing I see as good natured teasing.

Furthermore, I believe that your original question was answered, as a couple of people gave quite a few links to sites that might answer your query. Personally, I also think that your first post was unintentionally hilarious and gave your would be detractors plenty of ammunition for ridicule ( whether deserved or not). Perhaps in the future you should be more clear, i.e. while I was ordering a light bar for my company's bush buggy..., then there wont be as many hurt feelings.

Hopefully you will stay here and read other post on the site, because there really is some good quality debate and information available on EMT city.
