No, I would agree with that. The devil is not so much in the details here, as it is in the overall appearances. The problem we are suffering from this is not that the facts are harmful. In fact, I find them helpful to the effort to increase our educational requirements. The problem we are suffering is that people neither read all the details, nor do they intelligently process them to reach an intelligent conclusion. It relates to what Spock alluded to, which is that the facts -- though themselves accurate -- are presented and interpreted in a biased manner, leading to non-sequitor conclusions.

I have no problem other than the way written it could cause knee jerk reaction to out and out remove it as a procedure in the field. I would like to see other facts presented besides the negative that the reporter featured. Yes he presented facts but primarily slanted towards the bad. Just my opinion.
