We had Heparin before we start administer Fundaperinux. And Metalyse is the same as Tenekteplas. The studies I have read says that Lovenox should be used before Tenekteplas and Fondaperinux if Reteplas is used. Sometimes we also administer ReoPro http://www.reopro.com/index.jsp under transport to the PCI lab.
