How to become a Tactical Paramedic in Central Florida

I'm still a highschool student who just heard of the term, "Tactical Paramedic." I'm curious if this is a common position with PD/SWAT or FD or just a rare position. Also what routes should I take in becoming a Tactical Paramedic.

A couple quick points is first you must become a paramedic then take the course. As to what you do is dependant on the area but most time just same as other paramedics.
