King Lt airway VS Combitube

the king airway has been introduced to both of my depts , has any one else been introduced to the King airway ???

we currently use both , and like the king airway 100X better than the combitube .

Simple: I have used both, King is smaller, One cuff, One tube, how can you go wrong?

Yeah, many threads on combitubes and King airways. Do a quick forum search and you will find a multitude of information about these devices and other supraglottic airways.
