I was thinking of trying to put together a book on some of the bad calls we experience and how we deal with them and why we do this job. So if anyone out there would like to help me out please send your stories to me at ambulancetramp@yahoo.com.

I started something like that a few years ago, before I was a member here. I just contacted a lot of my EMS friends and some of their EMS friends and started to compile their experiences. Just didn't have too many submissions. If you read some book about Viet Nam written by Al Santoli, you'll see that's what he did with the vets. That's what gave me the idea. I've got some of the stories of floppy somewhere. That tells you how long ago it was that I started to do it.

That's what I first started out using in high school, on Tandy "TRaSh 80's". But most of what I still have is on IBM disks.
