spenac Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 Wow now they can find your party no matter where your at. Actually real reason is a sad commentary on the downfall of any morals. http://www.wnct.com/nct/news/national/arti...trackers/17705/ [web:1c3d22f805]http://www.wnct.com/nct/news/national/article/rise_in_beer_keg_thefts_prompts_beer_distributors_to_install_gps_trackers/17705/[/web:1c3d22f805]
brentoli Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 Thats better ( ) than the solution here. In the huge party-university town the next county over, the liquor stores got together, and as a group, decided no more kegs. For anyone.
firedoc5 Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 I caught part of the story on the news this morning. I thought, "What will they think of next?" I guess there's pro's and con's to it, like most things. I wonder how well they will stand up to heat if the partiers get too ambitious and decide to throw the keg into the fire?
brentoli Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 I also wonder, under what circumstances will they release the info to the police? Think dad is buying it for his 18 year old son's party.... call the cops?
