Overseas Medic positions

Hello I am an NREMT-P with 4 years exp as a medic and 8 total in EMS. I have had no luck finding employment overseas. I am very capable due to 3 years experience in an Army chemical demil facility. If anyone could direct me on where to go or who to contact please let me know. Thank you much.

Hey thanks for all the responses. I can be ready to leave quickly. What do you need from me? I would be open to any setting, be it hostile or not.
