I think it's awesome that you have the courage to face something you didn't realize was a problem until it was kind of shoved at you by near-strangers. firedoc5 Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 Sit Ups: Reaching up to hit the snooze button. Leg stretches: Bending over to pick up the dog's food and water dish. Light arm weight lift: Lifting coffee cup, repeat. Leg lifts: Getting into an out of the shower. Get my meaning?
