Lone Star Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 What I've found and practice almost religiously is that the day AFTER a major 'candy holiday' is the BEST time to 'stock up'! Easter and Halloween are usually the best times for selection! I can get all the black jelly beans and candy corn that I can stand the day after those two 'holidays'! (and let's not forget the 'peeps'!)
