Richard B the EMT Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 While I admit I didn't hear any of what happened prior to the female being taken down, on viewing the video, both on the Television newscasts, and the link here, the officer who punched her when she was already cuffed acted outside of professionalism, IMHO. While I understand why he might have done that, I emphatically do not condone it. Also, a point to consider: My girlfriend weighs about 100 pounds, at five foot 2. However, much larger men and women in her Karate Dojo are afraid of her when doing competition. Find and file that under "Big Surprises In Small Packages", hence, that is why LEOs have to act quickly, when they take action.
