Hahaha, it reminds me of Walt Disney Worlds FASTPASS system where you take your park ticket to the ride and get a FASTPASS to come back at a later time where you'll go through the line faster.

He said the WFPS could make an online booking for a patient for an ER queue where the patient will be treated, and then transport the patient to the hospital later by ambulance.

Or they could just do it themselves. Seriously, do I need a firemonkey to be my personal concierge just to get into an emergency room? People already think they need an ambulance to get seen there. Now we want them to think they need us to make reservations for them too? Yeah, that's going to reduce the 911 workload. Not. You're still going to have to eventually take them in. Now you have to go to their house TWICE! Leave it to firemonkeys to overcomplicate a simple process without contributing any solution to the problem.
