Please respond with what you think it is and why.

These strips that I will be posting were sent to me by someone much more versed in electrocardiography. I will provide his interpretation after we most of the responses.

If someone knows how to turn these into image files, please do so and explain. It would be much appreciated.

Looks like an atrial rhythm with unifocal PVC's and atrial flutter. Or am I trying to read to much in. I see narrow QRS followed by wide QRS followed by 2 atrial flutters repeated regularly.

I agree with atrial flutter with a 3:1 conduction ratio. Tiny QRS complexes in spite of increasing the "size" to 1.5 x normal - did the pt have COPD? Also note the rate is exactly 80...Hmmm, would like to see the 12-lead to look for axis and BBBs.

In lead II you have no clue :P

Ok does this pt have a pulse? I dont think so, its v-fib shock it
