Wish Central, again! "Only"3 years? I've "only" been 20 years with my Lady J, after that infamous 9 year engagement to Debbie from Teaneck NJ. Just have them NOT follow my examples!

I'll keep it simple. I wish your brother and significant other of "only" 3 years all the happiness in the world as husband and wife, with as few or many children as they think they can manage without going nuts, or driving each other nuts.
