We only see the footage of inside the school. How do we not know that outside the school was being fortified to protect both the president and the children.

We get on here all the time complaining about waiting for the whole story before passing judgement but here we are passing judgement on something we don't really know completely about.

Not to say that this hasn't been vetted out and there was nothing done but I would think that this place was pretty darn secure even before the pres arrived.

this letter doesn't really do anything, he had to dictate the letter, meaning he obviously couldn't write, and we have no idea of his reading ability ... but if he in did fact dictate the math portion, he was obviously proficient in basic math skills ...

The biggest 'supportive arguement' I"ve heard about standardized testing being slanted against blacks is that the wording of the test materials is written in 'white english'. Since the black community doesn't speak as 'eloquently' as whites, that is a 'barrier'.

This letter, (if actually written as it was dictated), shows that arguement to be 'null and void'.

What does voting "present" in the Illinois legistlature "prepare" one for? You can't claim the US senate "prepared" him for anything, since he didn't even serve one term.

His whole "career in public service" was spent trying to get to the next job. "Community organizer" gets him into the IL Senate, which got him into the US Senate, which got him in front of a teleprompter at the 2004 DNC, which got him into the White House.

People like that shouldn't be trusted in general, nevermind with the Big Red Button. Or the economy, or healthcare, or....
