medibrat Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Another EXCELLENT point. Course that means that even MJ's death was doing someone a favour...and don't everyone jump on me...I'm just saying relative to Farrah's death.... Brat
FireMedic65 Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 They can just get more ratings by exploiting this death. You can't deny he was a great performer back in the day. The whole boy touching thing got him a lot of media too. They media are scum (most) and thrive on this stuff. Someone dying always gets more attention than a good deed. So, in this case, his death has more to gain from the news because of his past. I'm happy it is this way. Farrah deserves the respect to be left alone.
Chief1C Posted June 26, 2009 Author Posted June 26, 2009 Funny, I asked a friend the same question last night, and she was horrified...course I think I proposed a betting pool... Actually, that's what I was thinking too..
Richard B the EMT Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Due to the publicity on their failing health, we expected Ed (McMahon) and Farah to go "sometime soon", and they did. MJ was a total surprise, as there was no publicity of any (physical, not mental) illness on his part, just that he was about to start a "farewell tour".
