Lone Star Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 How much structural damage/smoke damage and flame damage was done when all those candles were lit? I'm pretty sure whoever brought the cake in from the kitchen after the candles were lit at least lost their eyebrows. I hope that they'll be out of the local burn unit soon!
Chief1C Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 (edited) Unfortunately, while waiting for him to show up, trying to keep the candles burning... Hence, the new chat room.. The EMTCity Voluntary Fire Brigade, being confined to a server, only had one Halon extinguisher to fight the flames with.. A request for mutual aid was called for from EMSVillage, but it was routed through a call center in Bangalore, India; and it was mistaken to send a fax about fire prevention to California EMSA. Efforts by chatters to extinguish the conflagration, proved fruitless.. It appears Hal 9000 will be upgrading fire equipment, however... Which will work great, when we recreate the 138th Anniversary of The Great Chicago Fire, on Oct. 8th, and burn most of EMTCity Down.. Edited September 2, 2009 by 4c6
