Whats sad is New Mexico is advanced compared to many states as regards to EMS. This black mark is just the result of a dirty old man that's selfish desires overrode any professionalism he had. Of course he apparently had very little professionalism since he was arrested for theft while this investigation was going on. Finally bad enough his family member that was his boss finally could no longer cover his transgressions and had to fire him.
