CSAR_MEDIC Posted December 6, 2010 Posted December 6, 2010 I would say keeping it simple: Treat your patient not the monitor. Of course oxygen, establishing IV, etc, and be prepared if the patient becomes unstable. You know sometimes the it comes down to basics and strong fundamentals. A strong Hx, Monitoring and ensuring Pt comfort is needed here. I would be very interested to see what the lab values and 12 lead say I feel they may have more of a story to tell.
