This would be a very, very, very, very bad idea.

I could launch into a long, rambling deconstruct of WHY it is a bad idea but that'd be like poking a hornets nest with a stick right about now.

not a lot wrong with an accelerated program as long as you put in the effort to learn everything you need to know and have a good strong background in EMS before you go forth with it.

Not to poke the nest ;)... But is the program that horrible or the concept of an accelerated programs as a whole :)?

Both. In that amount of time no way to teach you to be a medical professional. All they do is teach the test. If you just want to pass but don't care about being a quality provider enjoy. But if you want to be quality and understand that these are peoples lives you are dealing with I am sure you will choose a better option.
