How about this then...

A little boost for our medic students:

What is this rhythm interpretation?

Rate: 80

Rhythm: Regularly irregular

PR Interval: Variable (getting longer or shorter before drop? Consistent?)

QRS: yes

P waves: Yes

Hint(in my estimation)...PR intervals.....

The interpretation is up to you folks...

Here is the answers for this ECG

Rhythm: Irregular

P Waves: Normal except none in PJCs

PR Interval: 0.16 sec in sinus beats

QRS: 0.10 sec

I discussed your strip with other folks, and we concluded bigeminal PJCs later on. I thought it was trigeminal, but they said it need to be a beat/have a QRS.

I can't wait for your next ECG strip. I'd hope to see some 12-leads too. ^_^ That'd be cool.
