Country EMT Girl Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 In Beatrice Nebraska a Fire caused an estimated $1.6 million in damages to the former Husqvarna and Kees facility on the north side of Beatrice. Beatrice Fire Capt. Jeff Van Winkle told Beatrice radio station KWBE the building damage loss estimated at $750,000 and the loss in contents at $850,000.The cause is still under investigation. Van Winkle said the contents included supplies and equipment owned by Echo Electric Supply and Plymouth Electric. The material was being stored there for the new Beatrice Community Hospital, under construction on the north side of town.
