lets see what we can come up with. I'll Start.

You know you are having a bad day in EMS when You take off part of the building when pulling out of the ambulance bay.

I actually did that and in my defense modern day ambulances are made to be stored in bays for the 1970s bays. Which are made for the 1970s vans back then. Luckily it was an ambulance that was being traded in for a new one. So the boss wasn't to mad and thought it was funny since it only cracked the weld on the running board of the ambulance.

I thought some of the responsibilities were, for any vehicles stored in bays, that the vehicle operator's job included making sure the vehicle clears the doors of the bay, and the power charger cord is disconnected?

I once revered our brand new Mercedes Sprinter into a tree in front of 200 professional drivers while they were having driver briefing at a high performance challenge race standby… No damage to the vehicle, merely my pride and plenty of offers for driving lessons throughout the day…

You know you are having a bad day in EMS when you are over 40 miles from the station and there is a burning smell coming from the box of your truck...that your patient points out to you....and you are stuck waiting on the side of the freeway for a truck to come by and pick up your patient.

You know when you're having a bad day in EMS when your aortic dissection patient starts moaning he's going to die, his nurse escort starts vomiting due to travel sickness and your partner drving hits the central reservation on three wheels in the driving rain. (I still have no idea how I got to retell that story)

You know your having a bad day in EMS when you forget to do the latches on your trauma box and pick it up...in the middle of the night during a blizzard.

You know you are going to have a bad day in EMS when you hear, over your scanner, the airport control tower reporting a plane "missing" and that they see smoke, and you hear PD and FD responding to a heavy fire condition at the local school.
