Interested, I went on a little research party for "krokodil aka desomorphine. Seeing the drug is an opiate, here we give narcan to reverse affects (and alot of times get agitated arses). Is it the same for our friends in the UK? We of course would have some commonalities in how we treat patients who abuse substances, but are there any special considerations when dealing with these patients? I'm curious.
