Given the debates? Ron Paul. However I'm forgetting myself. When I was growing up being Republican or conservative meant something besides pandering to the military industrial complex and Christian fanatics. You know, constitution, freedom, small government. All those pesky things that it seems that mainstream Republican candidates only treat as an annoyance.
