I generally work LEO now, but when I was doing tac-med I carried either a ar-15/m-4 variation or mp-5 my sidearm Ive always preferred to carry my SA xd .40

I'm quite skilled with a rem .700 308 taken a few sniper courses "dreadful 10 hour stalks" those of you who know, know what im talking about!

In my part time/volunteer job as a SWAT Medic for the local Sheriff's Department I am fortunate enough to carry an M4, a Glock 22 and Glock 27 for back up. Of course all the prerequisite medical supplies for the good guys.
