Vorenus Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 This is why any woman of child bearing age that still has a uterus and ovaries is pregnant until proven otherwise. Anyone with a fever, abd pain and rigidity needs further evaluation. That`s why I would have brought her in. But I wouldn`t have examined her genital area, as we`re mostly manned man/man (what a phrase ) and we don`t do it here anyways. Frankly Kiwi, that was more like a Dr. House scenario, ala "Every Patient lies" - fair enough and might be true to some extent, but you`re going to have a hard time to prove every one of them.
Chief1C Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Actually, one of the first things I said was: Normal Menstrual cycle? - Urinating okay? Pain, burning, discharge from anywhere? - Back alley van abortions?
