Why do you need a script for medical pot?

I'm wondering if the punctuation is off. Is that

"Why?? Do you need a script for medical pot?"

or

"Why do you need a script for medical pot?"

Me: Yeah, sad init, mate of mine is an ED Doctor he probably wouldn't even work there, too hard core

Him: Yeah lot of trauma, now open up mate time for some trauma on your mouth eh? ...

Eh, trauma is boring. I'd rather work next to a retirement village that doesn't allow DNRs. At least then you get to use your brain. If you've done one trauma, you done them all.
